This solution is so simple it doesn’t require huge fences, complicated workers visas, cameras on the border, etc. All we need to do is allow immigrants to sue companies for not paying them minimum wage. Once it costs the same to hire Mexicans as it does Americans, nobody will care and companies will want to hire the best for the amount of money they are paying. If we take away the demand for work, the supply of immigrants will drop off. By doing this, we’ve improved the lives of illegals already here (now they get more money) and we’ve made it so there is no benefit for new workers. There won’t be job opportunity for them here in America.
